Year of experience : 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Work Timing : 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM
Location : Bangalore only

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, preferably in complex or scaled environments.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (CSPO, PSM, SAFe SSM/ SASM preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in:
o Agile Frameworks / Methodologies: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean
o Azure DevOps (ADO): Work item management, dashboards, boards, queries, reporting
o Data Analysis & Metrics Interpretation for forecasting and continuous improvement
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, influence teams, and lead without authority.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
