Business & Requirements Analysis

· Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, gap analysis, and document reviews.

· Analyze and document requirements using BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.

· Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of business requirements through the delivery lifecycle.

· Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams.

Insurance Domain Responsibilities

· Work across one or more insurance lines.

· Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance processes

Delivery & Agile Support

· Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure business needs are translated into workable solutions.

· Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews).

· Support UAT activities, including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off.

· Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality.

Process Improvement & Leadership

· Identify process gaps and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.

· Contribute to organization-wide standards, templates, and best practices for business analysis
